We were a partner of the Retail Summit 2023
We participated in the 29th Retail Summit, which took place on 28-30 March 2023 at the Congress Centre in Prague (Czechia). During the event, various presentations were held, with speakers from the retail industry. In the evening, conference participants could meet in a social evening. This year at the Retail Summit, our long-standing customer COOP Group was awarded the Mastercard Merchant of the Year award in the category "Innovation of the Year - Betting on Change" for the launch of the first automated 24/7 store in Europe.
At our stand, we met with our current customers, with whom we had the opportunity to discuss various business topics and listen to their opinions and suggestions. We also welcomed new customers interested in our ERP & POS system.
We used this year's summit not only to meet our business partners in person, but also to introduce our new concept of 24/7 automated stores. Retail store automation is currently receiving a lot of attention due to rising operating costs. These costs can be reduced while increasing sales by deploying modern technologies such as self-service checkouts with night mode and electronic shelf labels (ESL) in combination with the order automation module in B.O.S.S. Enterprise.
In addition, 24/7 automated stores contribute to increasing availability and to maintaining the sustainability of stores in larger and smaller towns.
