Our services and support for the users of our systems are ensured through service contracts. We are there for you and will be happy to systematically help you with any of your concerns. Most of the service interventions and configuration changes can be effectively resolved using remote maintenance. We guarantee regular further development of our system in order to permanently keep the system up to date with the latest innovations. Such as: meeting all current legal requirements, continuous improvement of the system, addition of new special hardware and external systems to the communication modules etc. A new version is released every month which is put into operation at the customer's request.
A phone support and Helpdesk web interface are available for all registered user representatives.
