Specialist (m/f/d) for the implementation of the B.O.S.S. Enterprise software
In the team of the implementation department we are looking for a new member who will take on the following full-time tasks in the long term:
The role of the customer consultant and advisor in implementing POS and ERP systems
Communication with the customer
Analysis, configuration and putting the system into operation
Finding solutions to meet user requirements and wishes
Shared responsibility for achieving the goals of the overall project
Your profile:
Experience in consulting IT solutions for business enterprises
Professional experience with implementation of ERP and retail systems desirable, but not essential
Strong customer orientation and leadership skills
High level of organisational and planning skills
Independent, flexible and structured way of working
Ability to think analytically
Driving license required
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL desirable
Good Windows OS knowledge, knowledge of Linux desirable
