We organized the COOP 2022 conference in Pilsen

On 19th-20th October 2022, a conference for an important group of customers - the COOP group - was held in Pilsen where almost 100 participants gathered. We organized this conference in cooperation with our main partner Mettler Toledo and partners 4MAX Retail, RN Servis EU, Albacon Systems, S&K Solutions, České radiokomunikace (CRA) and Sensormatic. Its main topic was current trends in automation and modernisation of retail store processes.

During the conference it was possible to visit the stand of P.V.A. systems and see the retail scales of Mettler-Toledo, self-checkout from the supplier 4MAX Retail, cash recyclers of the distributor Albacon Systems, electronic shelf labels of S&K Solutions or get more information about the portfolio of services of RN Servis EU. Conference participants could also win valuable prizes by participating in the competition.

The professional program of the conference was opened with the introduction of new features in the B.O.S.S. Enterprise system, tips and advice for effective use of the Data Warehouse System and Business Intelligence and new trends in the field of automation. Conference partner Mettler Toledo presented new trends in weighing, company 4MAX Retail presented self-service checkouts adapted to the needs of COOP stores. RN Servis EU, a retail store remodeling and foodservice equipment service company, presented efficient store remodeling, and cash recycler supplier Albacon Systems showed the possibilities of contactless cash payments. České radiokomunikace (CRA) focused on technologies to simplify the process of securing savings, digital technologies for remote monitoring according to HACCP and simple solutions for remote energy readings. Sensormatic, a company focusing on digital technologies in retail, presented digital solutions for retail, and S&K Solutions, a supplier of electronic shelf labels, dedicated its presentation to digitalisation in retail and new trends for greater automation, transparency and profitability.

At the end of the professional part the new practical functionalities of the B.O.S.S. Enterprise system were presented. After the end of the conference there was a space for informal consultations, discussions and conversations among the conference participants followed by an informal evening program.
